Our Admissions Director, Guidance Counselor, and Principals will be available to answer questions.  These Open Houses are open to FBA families, as well as the general public.  We are always happy to meet with you on an individual basis.

Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Gift of Life is an internationally recognized bone marrow, blood stem cell, and umbilical cord blood registry. Through its life—saving work, Gift of Life is a world leader helping children and adults find the matches they need when they need them.

Gift of Life will hold its 2nd annual Walk for Life on Sunday, February 12, 2012. The 5k is the only event in South Florida that is solely dedicated to raising awareness for bone marrow and blood stem cell transplants. Gift of Life uses funds raised at the Walk for Life to add new donors to the worldwide bone marrow registry. Registering one volunteer donor costs $$54. It is the generosity of others that allows us to continue our lifesaving work.

Every donation brings us one step closer to our vision ? a match, anytime, anywhere, for anyone.

On February 23, 2012, 5:00—8:00pm, First Baptist Academy and First Baptist Church Naples will host the fifth annual Evening of the Arts.  This art exhibit and sale will be held in the Commons Lobby. In case you missed the event last year, we featured over 50 artists from our church, school, and community.  There were several internationally renowned artists represented in addition to some local artists from Naples and Bonita Springs,  A percentage of proceeds from art sales go to support the FBA Art Department, and to provide funding for this annual event.

Additionally, we will have the pleasure of students and church members providing instrumental music and poetic reading adding to the ambiance of the evening.  Please plan to attend.  If you would like additional information, or if you would be interested in exhibiting at the show, please visit www.fbalions.org.

'Building a Kingdom Family Seminar'

First Baptist Academy's annual' Building a Kingdom Family Seminar' is specifically designed to strengthen     families.  Participants view a series of 5 DVDs prior to attending a question and answer period.  To secure a set of the DVDs or to register to attend, please call the Academy at 597—2233.  The 'Building a Kingdom Family Seminar' will be held Saturday, February 25th from 9:00—11:00AM at First Baptist Academy in room DC121.<?xml:namespace prefix = o />
